From the mouth of Craig

Here's how it went:

K.C. Realizing that he didn't have enough strap for his project: "Lame!"

Craig from the other part of the room: "Daddy, what does 'lame' mean?"

K.C. a little surprised that Craig was paying attention: "It means that it's not good, that it didn't turn out right. I messed up when I bought this strap and since I didn't do it right I said 'lame'."

Craig: "It's O.K. daddy, why don't you just try it again? Here I'll help you have one more chance. Let's do it!"

K.C. laid down on his back and put his hands behind his head. Because of where he was sitting he ended up half laying in Savannah's track. Craig immediately ran over and laid down on the other end of the track with his head against K.C.'s and his hands behind his head. He loves to be just like daddy!

When I came over to see how adorable it was K.C. said, "Are you just like daddy Craig? Hey are we a match?!"

Craig flipped around onto his hands and knees and peered down at his body, then looked at daddy..."No! Silly daddy, we are not a match! Our shirts are not the same." Then in delight he ran over and stuck his knee next to daddy's. "But daddy our pants are a match! Look they are the same!"

He is such a cute kid! I love the things he says!

Then while I've been typing this he's been sitting here playing with K.C. and cracking both of us up! He's on a roll tonight. He asked "Daddy can you please open the game that I was playing? Jump Start is my GREATEST game ever!"

I pulled out my phone and tried to get him to say it again. So this is the clip we got. It's kind of long. and he never really said that part again but it's is still full of priceless bits of Craigs cute personality and his hillarious way of expressing himself. Enjoy.

P.S. sorry that's it's blurry I was laughing pretty much the whole time and it didn't exactly help my filming!

  1. It's so fun to hear what the little guys think up to say - gives you a surprizing view of their thought often times.:)
